Valencia

In November 2025 I searched for ways to show geometry, texture and depth without losing the visual connection to a specific site. To expand the set of possibilities, I painted with watercolors, gouache and acrylics; I stamped and frottaged; I ripped old posters from Valencia’s walls and used them as collage fodder. The resulting works became windows into new ways of seeing and creating.

This series was created during my 4-week residency in Valencia, Spain (Local AiR Valencia), supported by the UNESCO Culture and Creativity for the Western Balkans Grant.
